Congratulations to both SM5DJZ, Jan, and W9RPM, John, who were in the
3K Club for exactly one day and then dropped after the deletion of
Kingman Reef as they dipped below 3,000 in the ARRL DXCC Challenge.
They are both back in the club with the recent confirmations from the
recent FT4JA and VK0EK DXpeditions.  Welcome back Jan and John!
