[Dx4win] Paul - DX4Win Program Updates ??

Hi all
For the past many years people have been requesting updates for DX4Win.
For the past many months, or years, Paul has been ignoring this list, 
with no information whatsoever on what updates (if any) he is working on.
It is time Paul let us know the facts...
