ARRL DXCC Entity name change

The ARRL DXCC country ZL9 - Auckland and Campbell Islands will now be
called New Zealand Subantarctic Islands.  This is just an
administration change and "will not be a new entity or a changed
entity".  This will include the Auckland and Campbell Islands as well
now adding Antipodes and Bounty Islands, which up until this date had
never been activated nor been included in the ARRL DXCC list.  The
change does not include the Snares Islands or “any islands claimed by
New Zealand south of 60 degrees south latitude”.  This is just "a
clarification of which islands count for the entity previously known
as Auckland and Campbell Is” says NN1N, Dave Patton, ARRL Membership
and Volunteer Programs Manager.
