[Dx4win] WINKEY USB Hex Codes from DX4WIN

Is there a way to send codes to WINKEY USB so you can do things like 
send part of the message slow and part fast? For example, send variable 
info as 20WPM and the rest at 30 WPM? I think WINKEY does this with HEX 
codes, but I don't see how to send anything other than Escape and (32) 
Control Codes.

Also, I know the pipe symbol is used to separate the label.  Any issues 
trying to send it as a pipe, too?
