[Dx4win] IOTA list update?

If you look at http://dx4win.ad1c.us/updater/ the DX4WIN updater gets the
information from the file "FULLLIST.XML" (AD1C please correct me if I am
wrong).

On http://www.rsgbiota.org/api/public/listings/#full-xml you will find " XML
Full Group Information" and a link to the FULLLIST.XML file. 


I have opened that file and gets this information:

OC-262
Sumatra's Coastal Islands SouthNot Sangiang or islands qualifying for other
groups

Anak Krakatau
Basu
Bindalang
Legundi
Pandan
Panjang
Pisang
Puhawang
Rakata
Sebesi
Sebuku
Sertung
Siuncal
Tabuan
Tikus
Toran
Sangiang

The island PASUMPAHAN is not mentioned.

When RSGB has updated the file http://www.rsgbiota.org/xml/fulllist.xml you
can update DW4WIN using the DX4WIN updater.

Maybe there is a workaround to update the name of the island manually.

YB5M is supposedly currently active from OC-262, PASUMPAHAN Island, which
does not appear in my Dx4Win list.
I've checked RSGB IOTA list of islands under OC-262 reference and is OK
there .
How is it possible to update my current list of IOTA islands and from where
I should download it?
