[Dx4win] Dx4Win Upgrades / 2Tone ??

Looks like this may have made the rounds a year or so ago but no
response  (that I saw) so here it is again.

I don't have much on my wish list other than the ability
to use something beyond MMTTY (i.e., 2Tone, FLDigi, etc.) for the
digital modes.
