[Dx4win] FT-991 RIG FILE

Hi Joe,

Well progress.
1. I changed the radio and dx4win options as advised.
2. I turned off the radio and started DX4win and then started the radio.
3. I can click on DX SPOTS and the MODE is set.
4. When selecting a DX SPOT that has a split it SETS the SPLIT A B not 
freq changes.
4. THE FREQ DOES NOTHING no changes.

So MODE is set, SPLIT mode is set, BUT no freq changes.

Cool.....were getting somewhere.

I patiently wait your next instructions.
