Jim has also personally helped me when I upgraded to 8.05 and transferred my old DX4WIN log files to a new PC.  Jim is very responsive to issues as they arise and is a huge asset to the team.

Recently I discovered a problem with the DX4WIN Updater program.  I contacted the reflector and Jim, AD1C, got back to me to discuss the problem.  After I explained what was happening or, more correctly, not happening, Jim went to work and after considerable e-mail traffic was able to identify and correct the problem.  Just based on the number of e-mails we exchanged I know Jim devoted hours to this one problem that has only affected about three DX4WIN users so far.

I would like to publicly extend my thanks and appreciation to Jim for his efforts and repeat something that has been said many times before which is that Jim is a big reason why I have no plans to change to another logging program.
