[Dx4win] VQ8CC for Mauritius?

Hi Jim, its dated 27 Feb, 1970....  I sent this card into the ARRL for DXCC 
submission several years ago ant it’s the same date in DX4WIN...  Shouldn't 
it have been a '*' and not an 'S'?

Dennis, what's the exact date of the QSO?  Does the QSL have the same
date?  The country files have VQ8 as Mauritius ending July 1, 1970.
If your QSO is later than that, I'll have to fix the country file.
