Hi Bob,

This sounds like an issue between you and the ISP.  Unfortunately,
these problems are hard to solve.  Have you tried connecting to a
different DX Cluster node?  Is the problem the same?

My suggestion would be to use the VE7CC CC User program between your
DX Cluster node and DX4WIN (CC User connects to the node, DX4WIN
connects to localhost).  This program does auto-reconnect very well,
and I can stay connected for days, even on my wireless network.

This software does *NOT* support AR-Cluster nodes.  I hope your
preferred node is running either CC Cluster or DX Spider.
