[Dx4win] First Beta release for ICOM IC7100

Jim,

yes, I did and it does not work for me. It does not even connect and time out. I have a 7800 with the latest firmware and address of 6A with 9600 baud. Changed the defaults in the 7100e4 driver to the same settings. No luck. Back to the 7600_500 driver.
