Neither has Kaspersky Internet Security.

I have just downloaded both the zip file and the readme.txt file without
problems.

Norton 360 had no problem with the page or the download either...

Yes, could be false, but Microsoft Security Essentials is like letting the
Fox guard the Hen house!

It is the baseline all security testing labs use as 'the worst case' to
have.

I have had Bitdefender, rated best by testing labs, for over a year, and it
is the first site it has caught and stopped.

False Positive.  I just tried and had no problem with it.  I use Microsoft
Security Essentials.
