A solution could be
1) add the QSL date to the Logbook. Window->Logbook then right click and
find QSL data in left. Click on right arrow in the middle and check that the
QSL date field is in the right column. Click on OK
2) close and reopen the Logbook window
3) Right click on the Logbook Window and choose "write to file"
4) open the file in a Excel sheet or similar and sort the QSOs by QSL date
there

Is it possible to filter the log with QSL DATE range?
It seems that I can only filter greater or equal to the specified QSL DATE
and with 01/01/1901 for empty ones. DX4Win help is not very clear on this.
The note concerning the dates (QSO and QSL) says: "DX4WIN can search for
dates that are greater and equal to the date specified, an exact date or a
date range.
It seems that this note is correct for QSO Date search but not for QLS Date
search.
