[Dx4win] QSL DATE filtering

If you go to file | preferences and select the QSO tab, there are two
options for searching. One has to do with callsign, the other is date.
You can change that to date range.
Once you do that when you create the filter, you enter the first date in
the QSO date field, hit enter and a date range dialog box comes up to enter
the second date.
