[Dx4win] ADIF Import/Export Filter Customization?

Following up from yesterday's post by K5IID is there any way to customize 
the ADIF Import/Export filter?

* Sometimes I have an ADIF file from another program I want to import into 
DX4WIN but the ADIF tags don't match up and/or the import filter does not 
import that field.

* Sometimes I want to export QSOs from DX4WIN in an ADIF format but 
including additional fields to the standard ADIF filter.
