[Dx4win] DX4WIN not reading Freq/mode correctly

Something has changed and my frequency and mode are not correctly read from the radio and displayed in the QSO window.  It displays 14.239.06 SSB no matter where the radio is.  My radio is a Yaesu FT-1000mp Field.  The CAT/COM port is working correctly because if I click on a DX spot, the radio is set to the correct frequency/mode.  But a few seconds later the QSO window reads 14.239.06/SSB but the radio has not changed.

I used DX Lab Commander to verify that the radio and COM port and working correctly.  The problem is within the DX4WIN software.

Any suggestions?
