[Dx4win] Spot Window

File>preferences>packet1
check if under type box is Regular selected. Also under COM port is 
TCP/IP selected.
If yes go to screen tab and uncheck "Leave all windows in original 
position". File>Save changes and exit
Also a possibility to be minimized as others mentioned
