[Dx4win] Maritime Mobile Logging

Yes, I noted that DX4WIN automatically placed I in the DXCC and WAZ status
slots when I logged TI9/3Z9DX/MM.
He is working a lot of people. I wonder how many people are thinking the /MM
contacts while enroute to TI9 will count for TI9.

Anything logged as /MM will automatically be invalid for DXCC or WAZ.
