[Dx4win] Country Prefix Difference

Thanks to Jim, problem solved.  My updater was directed 

to another DX4WIN folder(that I didn't know was on the

computer).  Redirected "Updater" to the proper DX4WIN 

and deleted the extra(not wanted) folder.
