[Dx4win] Windows 10 and DX4WIN

That was not my experience.  I had no problems connecting to a local
node on my LAN with DX4WIN and Windows 10, and I am not aware of
changing any privacy settings.  Maybe you mean connecting TO a
computer running Windows 10?
