[Dx4win] Future Addition to the QSL "Method" window

Version 8 of DX4WIN was released over 6 years ago!! Have there been ANY significant updates/corrections/improvements since then? Just saying!

What really needs to happen is to separate the "method" from the 
"reimbursement". 

Method = direct, manager, OQRS, etc. 
Reimbursement = SASE, $$, PayPal, etc. 

Remember, we're talking about (the fields for) paper QSLs, not 
confirmations per-se. LoTW and eQSL have their own fields, and their 
own award programs. Confirmations validated by one of these systems 
may be eligible for third-party award programs (think eQSL and CQ 
USA-CA). So far as I know, Club Log does not offer any kind of award 
for confirmations, nor is affiliated with any third-party award 
sponsors. Therefore, I don't see a lot of value in adding a separate 
set of fields for Club Log.
