[Dx4win] Updater 7.02

I also have no problems.  It has updated to v7.02 and runs fine.  I run
Win8.

Worked OK here on Windows 8.1.

I ran 7.01.  It updated a bunch of files including a new updater. Said 7.02
would run next time.  I quit the program and ran the updater again and it
showed 7.02 and no problems noticed.
