[Dx4win] DX4WIN Data Updater v. 7.02 released

I've released DX4WIN Data Updater v. 7.02.  The release notes can be found at:

This is primarily a bug-fix release.  Most people never experienced
any of the problems that I fixed.  For the ones who did, it was hard
to even determine what was going wrong.  Thanks for your patience.

When you run the DX4WIN Data Updater that you currently have
installed, it should prompt you to update to this version.

NOTE that you may have some oddly-named files in some of your
directories as a result of running version 7.01 of the Updater,
particularly:

    dx4w805
    dx4w805\save
    dx4w805\update
    dx4w805\backup

These file names may have "[]" as part of the file extension.  You can
safely remove them.  They were created as the result of a programming
error that is now fixed.

Yes, I know that the on-line documentation is very out-of-date.  It's
on the list for when I have some free time, which I have had extremely
little of this year.

If you have any problems, especially those of the "I ran the program
but it didn't do anything" variety, please let me know ASAP.
