[Dx4win] Digital modes rtty psk

I have never used the digital modes With in dx4win.
If I want to use the mmtty module does the rig file NEED to work with mmtty?
Or since there is NO rig file for a FT-991 does that mean I can not use mmtty with in
Dx4win?
