I suggested a temporary solution. Paul maybe add it in a next release. I
don't know if it applies to adif standards but I hope so.

A little back ground, I've been maintaining the ZM90DX log using HRD which accept the Operator and My_IOTA fields, ZM90DX used a number of operators from different IOTAs and we have Charles M0OXO as our QSL manager, the IOTA and Operator is required for the QSL cards. Unfortunately a large number of QSL cards are arriving at our ZL Bureau so rather than on sending them I elected to process the request and just e-mail M0OXO the resulting file. HRD is so painfully slow, I'll import the log (60k QSOs) into a DX4WIN log for QSL processing, the Operator Field will become the QSO Notes and IOTA a Group in DX4WIN.

An other option is to generate a .csv file from the Logbook Report Generator which can have all the required fields then convert the .csv to ADIF.
