[Dx4win] Special keys cw/rtty

The special keys feature works fine for me
in CW, but does not work in rtty.  Anyone
else figure it out?  Kind of tough having to
go back and forth between the MMTTY
window and the QSO entry window.
Using version 8.05. FSK rtty.
