[Dx4win] Fwd: IOTA file upgrade

Returning to this subject, today I've worked AS-201 (Marmara Isl.) and
despite the little window showing  'AS201 Sea of Marmara Islands (TA)', in
the mainwindow / IOTA Island, nothing is shown. Is this due to the fact
that my fulllist.xml is not updated (mine from 23-07-2013).
My DX4WIN.CTY is updated (06-10-2014).
