[Dx4win] DX4WIN Band Decoder not responding

Hi Randy,

OK, LPT3 is installed and has a non standard address of 49168 Dec, or c010 
Hex.  It works fine with DDUtil.  DX4WIN will not let me enter LPT3.  I went 
to the .INI file and added the dec and Hex address to the file for LPT3 as 
directed in the Help files but no joy....

Is the LPT driver installed? You have to do that at install time to make
the port work.
