[Dx4win] DX4WIN Band Decoder not responding

Hi guys,

I am trying to setup the "Band Decoder" window in File/Preferences/Control 
but none of the items in that window, Type, LPT Port or Active band, will 
let me click and enter anything...

Right now, type has None, LPT Port has LPT1 and Active Bands has 160m-10m. 
I'm running 8.05...

Would appreciate any help from the users!  I went to the HELP files but it 
didn't seem to cover this issue....
