[Dx4win] Convert W1AW QSOs to Spreadsheet version 1.0 released

I just released version 1.2:

You can specify an output filename in this version, and it will work
correctly.  No other changes.

Tomorrow (Friday) I'll probably add the LoTW confirmation cross-check.
