[Dx4win] ADIF to DX4WIN log conversion version 6.1 released 13 May 2014

I have released version 6.1 of ADIF to DX4WIN, you can download it from here:

These are the release notes:

Ver. 6.1 - 13 May 2014
    Real Windows installer
    Added conversion from LoTW report
    Improved handling of DC and Mexican states in ARRL 10 Meter contest
    Improved handling of NV and VA independent cities

The most noticeable change is that the program now comes with a real
Windows installer.  The default directory is c:\dx4w805 which is the
same directory that DX4WIN 8.05 installs into by default.  You may
install this program in any directory, however.

I plan to add support for a few more contests that use only serial
numbers, and add a few more state QSO parties.  I'm also planning on
replacing the ADIF parser with a new (portable) one that I wrote,
which will require a big change to the program internals. The
timetable on this work is TBD.

Please let me know if you have any problems with the program or documentation.
