I just released version 7.4 of the program:

I added a new check box, "Ignore DX4WIN Submitted".  This is useful
for people who mark "new ones" as Submitted in DX4WIN throughout the
year, but don't submit them to ARRL until the end of the year.

I also cleaned up some of the dialog boxes.
