[Dx4win] V4.0 RC1

[W9RPM]

I just noticed a problem that I am having in RC1. It only happens when I 
have it running. I use DX4WIN as a logging program. When I click on a 
spot in the Spot Window, no matter if it is SSB,CW or RTTY, it puts the 
radio 700Hz off. If I click on the same spot again, it corrects it and 
places the Rig on the right Frequency. Any ideas?
