[Dx4win] Exporting to Win Test V 4.13

You can export ADIF from DX4WIN.  I don't know how to export it into
Win-Test.  Assuming you logged the information in the DX4WIN RCVD
field, you'll probably need to do a search/replace on your ADIF file
to change the field name (it's listed as SRX: in the file).
