[Dx4win] Notes for this QSO

Good guess, hi! The enable box was not checked but the annoying text was 
there--right where I had put it. I don't believe I have used contest 
mode more than once or twice and it had completely slipped my mind. But, 
then, a lot of things do....

I erased the text and will expect not to see it again.
