[Dx4win] Dupes

I would like to humbly suggest that since logs can be exported,
modified, and re-imported, that perhaps something like this would be
better for a third-party tool. Just the discussion of defining what a
"dupe" is shows to me that implementing such a feature as part of the
core functionality of D4W might be difficult. With an external tool, it
would be possible for the end-user to specify their particular
definition of "dupe" (e.g., within 2 minutes, 1 minute, 5 minutes,
same/different digital mode, etc.) without having to build all that
logic into D4W.
Just my opinion.
