[Dx4win] LOTW and DX4WIN

Zoran,

You ask me to to give you and other's on this reflector some idea on 
what exactly is it that I am looking for.
Let's start with you Zoran. What would you like to see and for what 
purpose? Or are you on the dx4win
design team which implements these idea's into reality? Your concrete 
idea's on this matter instead of
flaming would be nice.
