[Dx4win] LOTW and DX4WIN

For a great many people DX4WIN as it is today is all they will ever need 
or want.  Others may want additional capabilities.  Too each his own.  
No one is trying to force anyone to move or stay.  It is a choice each 
of us need to make to meet our own needs or wants.
