[Dx4win] Logbook printing problem

I have the fields set for printing my logbook but the last field (far right column in landscape mode) does not show in print preview and does not print. I have played with print preferences and printer setup with no resolution. I have a 1 inch or so margin on left and very little margin on right. The only way I can print logbook to look the way I want it is to print to file then open and format in Excel. The problem with this is I have to reformat every updated file. Any suggestions?
