Lee, I assume the ADIF file to which you refer is the one that one can
download from the DXCC Award portion of the LoTW web site:

I've already written this as an update to this program:
http://dx4win.ad1c.us/lotw/index.html
However, I have not released it, and frankly, after I tested it once
myself back in late January, I never got back to it. If you or anyone
else wants to test it, I can put up a test version for download. The
instructions on that web page will need to be updated, to replace
saving the "Award Credit Matrix" with downloading the aforementioned
ADIF file.
There is some work to do in adding a real Windows installer, but that
should not take too much work.
