[Dx4win] U.S Counties VA

There are 41 independent cities in the USA, 38 are in VA.
The other 3 are:
Baltimore, Maryland; St. Louis, Missouri; and Carson City, Nevada

Here is a listing of the VA independent cities vs counties.

DX4WIN only does counties. To my knowledge there are
no awards for independent cities. Maybe there should be.
There seems to be 'paper' for everything else...  :)

Hi When I enter VA in the State box and then try to select with F1 "Chesapeake City /County" as the county it not appear in the drop down list.
