Hi Kostas,
The state of Virginia has many Independent Cities, as well as counties.
It would be VERY good if the Independent Cities could be added to the 
Virginia Counties list.

You don;t make something wrong...
I think that some cities has a special status in county award.
The sure is that there are not as option in dx4win. There are more than
once... Maybe Jim or something else will explain better this rule..
