Thank you for reporting this.  I'll fix this in the next day or two.

This program needs to be completely re-written.  There is a new way to
download your DXCC credit history from ARRL Logbook of the World,
which is much simpler. While I am making this change, I'll reference
the adif.pmp file directly so that any future country file changes
will not required program changes.
