[Dx4win] ADIF to Excel, Word or PDF

Doug, MM0BJA, was kind enough to point me to AD1C's link that provides a
file that makes the requested conversion:
http://www.i1wqrlinkradio.com/antype/ch109/chiave20.htm. I should have known
Jim would have something like this on his website.

 

Running from the command prompt, I get the usage message as expected. But
when I try to convert the actual adi file from LoTW Windows gives me a
message that says "lotw2csv.exe has stopped working". It creates a zero byte
file with a csv extension in the process. 

 

Does anyone who uses lotw2csv have any suggestions as to what I may be doing
wrong?

Is there an easy way to convert the "DXCC QSL Download" adif file from the
LoTW website to an Excel, Word or pdf file? I'd prefer to do this outside of
DX4WIN and would prefer conversion to Excel.
