For Kosovo you should make it invalid in dxcc and keep good for other
awards because this is the right. If you have a qso valid for some
awards and invalid for some others, your way is the right one.
But for a qso like this with 3b9fr or a qso with a pirate station, etc.
is better the zero value, because this works for all awards (and I mean
it: for all). There are custom awards for example. There is not a box to
make them invalid. The 0 value in rstR is invalid for all. You can use
fonts with slash for zero not to confuse 0 and O.
