[Dx4win] FT 5000/MicroKeyer/DX4WIN

Due to an 'event', I had to reprogram everything. Strictly CW for MK.
Currently, Winkey is fine, PTT is good, and 'Router' reads the VFO
frequencies. CAT light on 5K blinking, albeit slightly irregularly. If I
click on a packet spot on the main window I get 'Do you want to save qso you
just added?' I click 'NO' and the spot info is loaded correctly into the QSO
window. But radio does not qsy. I also continue to get radio timeout
messages.  It worked a few times the other day and since then without any
changes I'm aware of, has not.
