[Dx4win] Creating Group Names/Selections

Hi Fred from up the road a piece,

I didn't double check this, but I bet you have to be set as an Expert user.
 In Preferences, on the Personal tab, in the User Level drop down box,
select Expert.  You will probably need to re-start the program.
