[Dx4win] PSK TX keying

I am having difficulty using DX4WIN with an Elecraft KX3 and SignaLink USB
to transmit PSK.  DX4WIN interfaces nicely with the KX3 using COM 2 with
Windows 7 and works properly to control the KX3 when clicking on DX spots
from the DX Cluster.  The PSK window decodes signals properly when selected
on the waterfall display.  However, I cannot figure out how to configure
the DX4WIN preferences to make the KX3 transmit on PSK.  Other PSK/diogital
programs such as FLDIGI, WinLink, and FreeDV transmit properly.  I cannot
make DX4WIN key the rig. The only Com port available is Com 2.  And the
SignaLink USB is selected for the sound card.  Suggestions?
