[Dx4win] Fw: CAT 20 meters always sets USB

I am using DX4WIN 8.04 and the DXCluster.  The only rig setting issue I have is for 30 meter spots.  DX4WIN always changes the rig to USB rather than CW.  Odd since there is no USB activity on that band.

Somewhere there is a file or setting that I have not found.  I looked in the DX4WIN preferences and did not see anything for this
