[Dx4win] DXCC QSL Download - New?

I´ve just noticed today that there is a new menu option on the LOTW account status page
 
It reads "DXCC QSL Download"
 
Also at the bottom of the righ hand box  there is a new bullet:
 

	* For an ADIF download with the details of all QSLs in your DXCC record use DXCC QSL DOWNLOAD

The link leads to the same Menu Option that is actually a ADIF download.Has anyone investigated this yet? 
Is there a tool to compare and selectively fix eventual mismatches? 
I have been searching for a tool that helps me determine exactly which QSO was credited for each band / mode DXCC credit. 

Maybe this is the way.
